The Leon County Humane Society is a private non-profit organization that relies on the generous donations and support of people like you to continue our lifesaving, life-improving efforts. We do not receive state funding and we are a tiny staff of only six people who work hard to stretch every dollar and every hour in the day to improve conditions for pets and their people.
We support animals in the Leon County area and beyond – answering needs where we can and when we can.
