Meet “Pash”!Greetings, from the land down under. As in down under anyone who will allow me to mold myself to their person, as a show of my cloyingly sweet Velcro devotion. Pash, an Australian slang term for kiss, is my name, and anything less than mutual adoration is, well…lame. While my exact age is unknown, it’s been suggested, by knowledgeable folk, that I’m somewhere between one and two years of age. I’d propose an amendment, pointing out that my pearly whites may indicate the younger area of that range. I’m a little under 30lbs, spayed, on preventives, and have a clean bill of health. I’m also house trained, walk well on lead for the most part, and routinely recall many of the commands I’ve been taught. All of that is a work in progress, and my foster Mom believes with fewer distractions, and more one on one time, I’ll excel. She also thinks I could learn tricks, and possibly take the agility world by storm. I get along fabulously with my foster siblings. I don’t attempt to chase the neighborhood cats on walks, and I enjoy running, at greyhound rivaling speeds, in the yard. I’m shy, and barky, initially (mere minutes). I warm up to women and children more quickly than men, but that’s to be expected. My first home, if it can be called a home, was with a woman and children. In my foster home, I’m also with a woman, with dogs. Lots. And. Lots. Of. Dogs. Things that may annoy you, as I become all that I can be, is my almost feline level of love for being up high, perching on windowsills to gaze at the world, and occasional counter surfing, particularly if you foolishly left the butter out. All in all, not too shabby, right? Scant millimeters from perfection, yes? All of that said, if you’re desirous, of an industrial strength Velcro, “Aussie and her guardian” relationship, have another playful dog (ideally), a securely fenced yard, great references, and the time, and dedication, I require to become your star pupil, you NEED me in your life. I also need you in mine. And my foster Mom needs to not transcribe my run on sentences, verbatim. She’s bad about that. Wanna meet me, and have the opportunity to “love me forever”, “click and run” to that adoption application, and let’s get this party started. Cloyingly sweet regards, Pash
