If you ask Cleo, life begins at 40! This sweet gal has simple, yet refined tastes. Likes: Her person! Being with ‘her person’. Going with ‘her person’. Curling her lip at those who approach ‘her person’ (at least until she knows they’re trustworthy). She also likes being pampered (she knows she’s worth it), patient people with treats, rolling in the grass (and sometimes eating it), neighborhood walks to take in the smells (so many smells), lazy afternoons and generally occupying the space near your feet. Making friends with people and other dogs of compatible “vibes”. Cold floors and soft beds. Oh, and wet food and car rides, duh. Dislikes: Strangers. Cats. Most toys. Some foods. Cleo’s foster family thinks she’s nothing short of fantastic and that she’s sure to become someone’s cherished companion. She’s smart, knows numerous commands and is housebroken. Her ideal home would be where ‘her person’ spends most of their time at home or can let her tag along to the office and low-key activities. Note: Cleo will need life-long medication for skin allergies and joint support.
