Weighing in at 4.2 pounds this little snowflake is the perfect accessory to any homebody's lap. Esme is perfectly content with being held by her person at all times. Her desire to be near you can cause you to trip over her so she may not be a good companion for someone that has issues with balance.Like the typical chihuahua, Esme is very skittish but unlike her breed she does not bark at lot, making her suitable for an apartment life.Esme is crate trained but she is not quite housebroken. She does well with other dogs and is extremely patient with toddlers. When she's not as skittish, Esme is even known to play a little.
