Honey

‘Miss Honey’ is working with a trainer to build her confidence. Applicants will need to show an interest in learning and continuing Honey's training techniques, including frequent outings and exposure to the outside world. Honey is a smart, energetic, medium sized wire-haired delight. She plays beautifully with doggo friends, and would do best in a home with another dog and/or cat(s). She takes time to get to know new people (yes, even you), but is a puddle of love to those who invest the time needed to earn her trust. Once Honey feels safe and relaxed, she’s happy to be with her person or people. Her fosters are sure she’s the most loving and deserving dog they’ve ever known. Her likes include: full-body couch cuddles, naps, sunbathing, car rides, collecting all the toys in a big pile, using the couch as a backscratcher and all the foods. Dislikes include: strangers who want to say hi too soon, vet visits, thunder, fireworks, and that one time she ate chocolate (oops).
