Lucy

Lucy needs a home with no kids but with adults who are willing to continue training her to help overcome her anxiety with strangers. She is a smart, highly trainable, affectionate and playful companion. She's generally quiet, house trained and a good mix of snuggly and independent. Her big obstacle is that she wasn't socialized in her previous life, so she's very anxious around strangers and is also a flight risk. She's making progress already, but we need her perfect family to be willing to help her through this so that she can enjoy all that life has to offer. (Lucy is also undergoing heartworm treatment, which is being covered by LCHS.)
