Bear

Bear is a sweet, playful, affectionate 4-year-old possible Havanese mix. He is house trained, crate trained, and loves meeting new people. He also enjoys other dogs his size and would do especially well with a playful canine companion or an active person who enjoys games like fetch and keep-away.Like many Havanese mixes, Bear will need regular grooming to keep his coat healthy and does best on an allergy-sensitive diet. He is currently on allergy medication. He would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where he can run and play. Bear is still building confidence on leash, so he'll need a patient adopter who is willing to continue his training. He can also be vocal when people, dogs, or wildlife pass by the house, but he's making progress with consistent guidance. Bear is looking for someone who enjoys helping a dog continue to learn and grow. In return, you'll have a wonderfully affectionate, cuddly companion who loves being with his people.
