This Thanksgiving we are, as always, unbelievably grateful for our donors, fosters, and volunteers. Each year more and more animals find themselves cozy underneath a Thanksgiving table, welcoming out of town guests at the door, and stealing a sliver of turkey from the youngest at the table. We look forward to providing more animals furever homes at holidays to come with your support.

To those of you who volunteer your time, often with little notice, THANK YOU. To those of you who regularly welcome foster animals into your home and journey along with them until their adoption day comes, THANK YOU. We’re grateful that you afford us the ability to do what we love.
We’re provided blessings with every purr we’re lulled with, every puppy kiss we’re bombarded with, and every senior pet whose eyes seem to speak to our souls. You make these blessings possible with your generosity and support. On this day of giving thanks, we are thankful for the family that is LCHS.
