Meet Cooper! Cooper is a strikingly gorgeous gentleman, young and spirited, and likely a lab mix. He's full grown, but has plenty of the energy you may be looking for! It seems he spent most of his ''puppy days'' outside and now just wants to be an inside dog with a comfy place to snuggle. He often wishes he was a lapdog, but doesn’t know his own size. He is always looking for snuggles or to make you happy. Cooper is potty trained, crate trained, excellent on a leash (zero pulling), and knows manners/commands. Cooper would be a great companion for running or just lounging around the house. If you aren't super active, have no fear, if you have a house with a 6'+ fenced in backyard, that'd be great for him to run, explore and fetch the ball to burn some of his energy. He is currently fostered in a house with dogs of varying age, size, and breed; no kids or cats. Unknown how he does with cats. He has been very gentle with everyone he meets. He has adjusted well to some, but not all. He was boarded for a few days and received positive reviews for his behavior and playing with others. He would do best with a home who is experienced with introducing a new family member OR to be the only dog in the house. If you are looking for a fantastic companion to go with you on ALL your adventures, then Cooper may be the guy for the job! He is ready to find his forever home.
