Our adoption partner, Tally Cat Cafe, has had to close temporarily due to COVID-19. They’ve turned their closure into something positive by working with our Cat Program Coordinator, Deidre Carey, to start Mission Kitten!
While they’re closed to the public, they’re going to be using the space as a Kitten Nursery. Saturday they completed Phase One – Deep Cleaning, and Sunday completed Phase Two – Set Up!
In the coming days, Phase Three – Move In, will commence! Not only will the cafe be housing kittens, but fosters will be able to receive hands on training for neonatal care.
Mission Kitten will help us continue to rescue the most vulnerable this kitten season, while still socially distancing and staying safe.
